To better help you prepare for your upcoming speaking engagements, the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) has partnered with Crosby~Volmer International Communications (CVIC) to prepare a Webinar that will equip you with the tools you will need to speak to your audiences. The speakers' training will include: an explanation of the Speakers Bureau, a brief background on the digital television transition, overview of options for consumers, and information about the NTIA Converter Box Coupon Program. The Webinar will allow you to familiarize yourself with necessary information and key messages regarding the switch to DTV.
The NAB previously conducted 16 live Webinars during the initial Speakers Bureau registration phase. Since the first live Webinar in September 2007, broadcasters have taken many positive steps towards preparing consumers for the transition. A general Webinar has been recorded to equip you with the necessary information for all of your DTV speaking engagements leading up to February 17, 2009. If you participated in a live training session and are looking to refresh your memory, you will find all of the same information in this comprehensive Webinar.
